It’s not quite spring yet, but…

…any time’s a good time for mimosas! BF Mike and I celebrated his birthday this weekend. Saturday night we had an amazing meal at new Soho hotspot David Burke Kitchen (very cool to see the David Burke making his way around the dining room that night, btw). We then did Sunday brunch at The Manor in West Orange (yes, it was a lot of food for one weekend, but YUM none the less).

Sunday night rolled around and we decided to cap the weekend off with a pop of champagne…and mixer. LOVE this Mimosa Mixer from Stonewall Kitchen ($8.95). I don’t believe that mimosas were made just for weekends at the beach. I’m down for toasting any time. T.P.D.
